Are there difficult people?  If you think they are difficult, you imply that you may not be able to get along with them well.  So, the answer this question, first deny there are any difficult people to you.

Sample Answer:

Of course, some people are more pleasant to be around than others, but I’ve worked with all kinds of personalities and never had any problems with anyone. She wanted to acquire an expensive commercial software package; I wanted to develop a customized in-house scripting program which is a much cheaper. There were pros and cons to both, which we wrote down and discussed. In the end, we agreed on implementing a free open source data migration application with a little customized scripting configuration, which save us money and meet our need very well.”
