Sometimes interviews do ask questions that are not obviously illegal but indeed inappropriate:
Tell us about your personal life?
Are you married?
Do you have children?
Does your wife work?
What does your husband do?
Of cause they have no right to know your personal life but sometime they just want to know more about what kind of person you are, or try to use some of the factors to determine if you fit in the position.
Should you answer then? Yes, for your own sake it’s not time argue. So try to answer any of the inappropriate questions with respect and a sense of humor. Remember as always, you win with positive attitude.

“No, I am still searching for the other half of my life.”
Do you have children?
“I have two sons, at age of 5 and 7.”
Just tell them the truth. Actually it is a good chance to start a casual talk and shorten the distance between you and the interviews. Do whatever you can to make them like you and offer you the job.
